2ND ANNUAL SUMMER SUNBURN
Ah, nihilism! Sweet, hilarious nihilism! CREEM hosted our second annual Summer Sunburn in Brooklyn on Aug. 17. We came, we saw, we drank, and we rocked the eff out courtesy of Sub Pop’s smartest bad boys Pissed Jeans, along with Knifeplay, Dazy, Native Sun, and Glimmer.

2ND ANNUAL SUMMER SUNBURN
CREEM PRESENTS
I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain?
Ah, nihilism! Sweet, hilarious nihilism! CREEM hosted our second annual Summer Sunburn in Brooklyn on Aug. 17. We came, we saw, we drank, and we rocked the eff out courtesy of Sub Pop’s smartest bad boys Pissed Jeans, along with Knifeplay, Dazy, Native Sun, and Glimmer. Despite a 90-minute afternoon monsoon, the party gods were looking down on us favorably that day as we washed down some epic Roberta’s x Grillo’s pizza with Fords Gin cocktails, many bottles of Topo Chico, and some sweet nugs courtesy of RYTHM Premium Cannabis. DJs Drew Owen (Sick Thoughts) and Kim the Beat kept things going—and some of us left with a little memento courtesy of our friends at Three Kings Tattoo. Good vibes, good tunes, and good TIMES! Thanks again to the bands, partners, Roberta’s for having us, and thank YOU for coming out. For those who didn’t, you blew it. Tough love is making sure you are responsible for your actions. See you next summer.
