The Rolling Stones' 1981 American tour will long be remembered as the best-kept secret in show business. Newspapers everywhere shunned the spectacle; nowhere on TV were their names even mentioned.

Despite this shoddy treatment, the Stones played to well over a trillion people between coasts. Starting from a small club date in Boston, they managed to work their way up to arenas and stadiums by tour's end. Eventually, Mick Jagger was interviewed by Rona Barrett for our sins.

The whole gaudy spectacle is captured herein. Enjoy, enjoy.
