Blokecore, also known as Ladcore, is a style developed by devotees of English football hooliganism and the fashion that surrounds it. Partially derived from skinhead culture but also very much not, these M8s can usually be found in labels like Stone Island, adidas Spezial, C.P. Company, Umbro, Burberry, Kappa, and Fred Perry, often walking duckfooted like they’re hiding a python in their knickers. They love their football kits and will wear them proudly, so much so that someone wearing an opposing team might be asking for a barney. These cheeky fuckers can also be identified by their bucket hats, covering either close-cropped hair or very English rocker hairdos, more Beatles than Rod Stewart, with pieces over their ears that are a few curls away from full-on Orthodox Jew. Beware of these guys, they’ll smash a pint over your head for a laugh or even just to take the piss. Think Ian Brown, Liam Gallagher, and Shaun Ryder, and you’ll be sorted, innit?
