Scenario: A brotherhood of five Londoners enter the barren desert of the Southwest to clash with several ne’er-do-wells, only to emerge victorious across a series of conquered cities! Despite the fact that the above statement reads like the next Mad Max installment, in all actuality it’s just a nod to the great High Vis and their recent triumphant and maiden(!) Texas jaunt, sponsored by CREEM and Slane Irish Whiskey. Playing their specialized blend of gripping post-punk with a hardcore heart, the U.K.-based juggernaut flattened showgoers in Dallas, Houston, and Austin with their storied live show featuring classics from their recent Blending and No Sense No Feeling LPs. Stage dives were executed, sing-alongs were had, and fish tales will inevitably be generated about this monumental set of dates. Of course you were there! Just like everyone was at the first Sex Pistols gig!
