Only one entry per person. Each entry must be mailed to “Yamaha Guitar Giveaway,” c/oCambray Publishing, Inc., Los Angeles, CA 48072. Drawing for the Yamaha guitar and amp will take place on January 8,1988. Entries postmarked after December 31, 1987 will not be eligible to win. Neither Yamaha nor CREEM Magazine, Inc. can be responsible for delays in delivery via the mail. The prize winner will be notified in writing that he or she has won. No substitute will be offered. The prize winner will be solely responsible for payment of federal, state, or local taxes on prizes awarded. Employees of Yamaha and CREEM Magazine and their families are not eligible to enter the contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law or taxed, or to any person otherwise a winner, if the award thereof would be illegal under the laws of said person's state of residence.
