A-ha & OOZ Baond Together!

Question: What do you get when you team up one of the most popular musical groups in recent years with one of the most popular movie characters of all time?

Answer: Norwegian heartthrobs A-ha singing the title song for the new James Bond movie!

That’s right! In case you haven’t heard, Mags Furuholmen, Pal Waaktaar and Morten Harket—whose irresistible good looks suggest that maybe someday they could be movie stars in their own righthave gotten together with composer John Barry to write the song “The Living Daylights” for the movie of the same name.

The Living Daylights, the 15th James Bond film, also marks the debut of Engish hunk Timothy Dalton as the dashing secret agent. The role was previously held by Roger Moore and Sean Connery.

This latest feather in A-ha’s musical cap is especially impressive, since only two other pop bands have been asked to record a Bond theme in the 25-year history of the series. Paul McCartney & Wings had a Top 10 hit with “Live And Let Die in 1973. And unless you’ve been living in a cave, you’ll remember Durany^g Duran went alfthe way to #1 in 1985 with "A View To A Kill” from the last Bond offering.

Can A-ha possibly follow the success of Duran Duran with their own Bond tune?

You bet! After the success of their two platinum albums—Hunting High And Low and Scoundrel Days—and two massive

world tours, the handsome trio have certified themselves as international superstars and show no signs of letting up.

But don’t take our word for it! By the time you read this, The Living Daylights should be playing somewhere near you. Get thee to a theater as soon as possible! But wear protective clothing. . the combination of A-ha and a hot new James Bond promises to be explosive!
