THE COUNTRY ISSUE IS OUT NOW!

METAL LETTERS: THE THINKING ROCKER’S FORUM

We’re back. Yes, it was one year ago that the first issue of METAL LETTERS hit the stands. The first magazine ever devoted to the opinions of you, the metal fans. In short, the first magazine that did away with bad, narrow-minded rock critics and allowed music to be discussed—and discussed quite intelligently!—by the people who make it all happen: you.

The rest, as you probably know, is history. Unable to keep up with the demand for METAL LETTERS, we simply sold the first million off the presses before turning our attention back to our monthly METAL magazine. Yet we vowed that, when the time was right, we’d be back with a new, even better issue of METAL LETTERS.

And we are. And this is it. Recognize it for what it is: a gathering of the finest missives sent to the “Chainmail” section of our mighty METAL magazine. Not mere opinions, but actual adventures in living. Not just ink and paper, but wisdom, wit, hatred and eloquently expressed emotions. That it’s the best magazine ever goes without saying.

So enjoy this foray into the mother lode o’ metal thinking. Write us at METAL LETTERS, 7715 Sunset Blvd., Suite 202, Los Angeles, CA 90046, just to humbly praise us for printing this most magnificent of magazines. Tell your friends to pick up on a copy of their own— this year we’ve printed up 27 million.

Then, continue to follow the very finest opinions in fandom in METAL, where—we trust— we’ll be seeing your name soon.
