All you have to do is decorate yourself as an imaginative version of everybody's favorite karma wiggly and sena it to us mucho pronto! Please submit only one black and white or color print (no slides) of each contestant in a size at least 3"X5" and no larger than 8"X10". Attach entry information to the back of your photo. All photos will be judged by CREEM's staff, who will be solely responsible for picking the victims. ..uh, we mean winners! Originality counts to the max! We want to print as many different pix as we can, so make 'em good! Think of it—you too can be denied entrance to European nations on the basis of gender!
BOY GEORGE LOOKALIKE CONTEST. Official Rules: (No purchase necessary) On the front of the entry blank, or on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, print or type your name, address, city, state, zip code, and telephone number, with area code. Any entry that omits any of this information will not be accepted. Only one entry per person. In addition, with the entry form, submit only one black & white or color print (no slides). Your entry photo must be at least 3" x 5" and no larger than 8" x 10". Entry form must be taped or glued to the back of photo. Each photo and entry form must be mailed to: Boy George Lookalike Contest c/o CREEM Magazine, P.O. Box P-1064, Birmingham, Ml 48012. Each photo will become the property of CREEM Magazine Inc. and will not be returned* The winning photo will be judged by the editoriaf staff of CREEM, who are solely responsible for picking the winners. Judging for the contest will take place on June *11/ 1984. Entries postmarked after June 8, 1984 wjll not be eligible to win. CREEM Magazine cannot be responsible for delay in delivery via the mail. The winners will be notified in writing that he or she has won. Employees of CREEM Magazine, Inc. and their families are not eligible to enter the contest. The contest is voided where prohibited by law. Contest winners and photos will be published in CREEM Magazine. Winners' names can be obtained after June 11,1984 by sending a self-addressed envelope to CREEM Magazine, P.O. Box P-1064, Birmingham, Ml 48012. This submission of a photo for the purposes of this contest grants to CREEM Magazine, Inc. the absolute right and permission to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish,exhibit, display, print and reprint in any form and for any purpose the photograph submitted for the contest. The individual who submits a photo for this contest waives any right to inspect or approve the use of .their photograph as used or reproduced in conjunction with this contest. The submission of a photo, hereby, releases and discharges CREEM Magazine from any and all liability in conjunction with the use of photos submitted for contest purposes.
