There is no purchase necessary and all you have to do to enter is send CREEM a photo of you (or a friend) in the weirdest, strangest, most unusual t-shirt you have.

Get creative, get crazy, get a camera and take a snapshot of your favorite bizarre t-shirt and let the wise folks at CREEM decide if you're a winner.

All entries will be judged by CREEM's editorial and art department as to originality and unusualness of the t-shirt and not the quality of your photo. Remember, only one entry per person.

So, read the rules and fill out the attached entry form! You'll be on your way from rags to riches—but hurry, the final judging will take place on August 31,1982. Entries postmarked after August 27, 1982 will not be eligible to

Rule: (No Purchase Reguired)

Only one entry per person. Entrants must send a black and white or color photo no smaller than 3" X 5" and no larger than 8" X 10" to: CREEM Magazine T-Shirt Giveaway, P.O. Box P-1064, Birmingham, Ml 48012.

Entry form must accompany each photo.

The photo must be of one t-shirt only. The photo may feature only one person in the picture. All photos become the property of CREEM Magazine, Inc. and will not be returned to entrant.

The winners will be judged upon originality and uniqueness of the t-shirt ana the judges' decision is final in all instances.

Prizes will be awarded in each category, first, second and third place based upon the judges' final decision and prizes awarded will be at the sole discretion of CREEM Magazine, Inc. The first place winner will receive five items from the CREEM merchandise catalogue as printed in the July 1982 issue of CREEM Magazine. The second place winner will receive three items from the CREEM merchandise catalog as printed in the July 1982 issue of CREEM Magazine. The third place winner will receive two items from the CREEM merchandise catalogue as printed in the July 1982 issue of CREEM.

On the front of this entry blank, or a 3" X 5" piece of paper, hand print or type your name, address, your city, state and zip code, and your telephone number and area code. No entry that omits any of this information will be accepted. Judging for the t-shirt contest winners will be held August 31, 1982. Entries postmarked after August 27, 1982 will not be eligible to win. CREEM Magazine, Inc., can not be responsible for delays in delivery via the mails. The prize winners will be notified in writing that they have won. No substitute prize will be offered. The prizes will not be redeemable or exchangable for cash or dny other prizes. Winners will be solely responsible for payment of any Federal, State of local taxes on prizes awarded. Employees of CREEM Magazine and their families are not eligible to enter the contest. This contest is void where prohibited by law or taxed or where this contest is required to be registered. No prize will be awarded to any persons, otherwise a winner, if the award thereof would be illegal under the laws of such person's state of residence. Contest winners will be published in CREEM Magazine and can also be obtained after August 31, 1982 by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to CREEM Magazine, Inc., P.O. Box P-1064, Birmingham, Ml 48012.
