And speaking of RSO, the wheels have already been set to motion for a sequel to Grease, entitled Summer School. (Looks like another busy year for John Revolta who, by the way, is still dancing around with Saturday Night Fever co-staf Karen Goraey.)

Walter Shenson, producer of the film, recently told how the title song came about: "One night I suggested to John that he and Paul write a song to go with the movie title. At eight the next morning, I was summoned to their dressing room where, guitars at the ready and lyrics scribbled on the inside of a matchbook cover, they played and sang the song that became the Beatles" best selling single to date."
Sonny Bono isn't taking a powder on his marriage plans to Susie Coelho, he's just postponing them. Cher's ex is slated for a trip to Greece (to shoot Boodle with Telly JSavalas and Elliott Gould), and at last report will make his much publicized trip down the aisle after a little r&r (that's rest and recuperation, not rock "n" roll).
Chevy Chase fought fire with fire while shooting a love scene with co-star Goldie Hawn in Paramount's Foul Play. Said the Chase: "We were making love on a houseboat.. .and the hem of my robe began to smoke. The director didn't want to interrupt us, the crew kept brushing the robe, hoping the fire would expire .when the houseboat sprang a leak... So a smart crewman shoved the burning cloth into the leak, while Goldie and I finished our lovemaking." (HR)
Star Trek Report *982: Now it's a film again, and the TV show's been scrubbed. And if that isn't | enough to confuse you, try this one on for size: The Screen Actors Guild recently filed suitto block future showings of the famed Star Trek Bloopers flick, claiming the continued showing of it will "hurt the careers of the actors," since it depicts them making mistakes in reading their lines.
