Bountiful bulbs of bouncing blubber, these double bubbles are most assuredly on the way up. They sing, they play, they write, they do the Bump with such savoir as to cut a wide swath through the enchiladas of East L.A. They got soul in their jellyrolls and nobody that's anybody doesn't like 'em. So why aren't they stars yet?
