RAISED ON... JOURNEY!

Ah. Journey. Now there’s a band!

Journey. Featuring the inimitable singer and songwriter Steve Perry. Know him? Of course you do! The extraordinarily talented and handsome rock vocalist has become something of a legend— not just at ROCK-SHOTS Headquarters, but around the entire world as well!

For many, Steve Perry is Journey. That’s why we’re fairly certain Journey’s latest album, Raised On Radio, will sell just as many copies as Perry’s classic solo LP, Street Talk—[he one last year that featured the tremendous “Oh, Sherrie” 45 and a heapin’ helpin’ of rhythms and melodies that were startlingly original and innovative, many critics said! Yep, when it comes to talent, the golden-voiced Steve Perry ranks right up there!

But don’t get the wrong idea. Journey have been around for years\ It’s true! But it was only in 1978, when Journey wisely selected vocalist Perry to sing on their Infinity album, that their career really took off, if you catch our drift! And with superfab follow-ups like Evolution, Departure, Captured, the multi-platinum Escape, and the avant-garde Frontiers, Journey took off in the biggest of ways! Many call them both rich and talented, and that much is true, ROCK-SHOTS confirms!

Journey will probably be coming to your town soon. Go see them! And if you’re a big fan of Steve Perry’s, here’s a special ROCK-SHOTS tip: after each song, he actually prefers fans to make duck calls instead of applauding! Sounds wacky, eh? Heck, that’s Journey to a “T”!
